Choice Imports INC. Wholesaler Terms and Conditions 
Qualified business can purchase byhands hand craft Genuine Leather Purse Handles and more! Even if you are NOT a business owner, you can still register as our wholesale merchant, but you must order, at a minimum, once every 6 months. Please email request to raymond@byhandsusa.com and we will assign with wholesale merchants within 24 hrs upon approval.

Before you request our wholesale merchant, please read carefully the following terms and conditions; 

  1. Business Owner Requirement: Seller's Permit

  2. Shipping
Shipping cost is based on the order item weights and the delivery method.
We will charge an accurate shipping cost but if you want to use your own carrier account please inform us. (FedEx, UPS) 
- USPS Priority Mail Services or 
- UPS Ground Service / 3 Day select 
- Expedite Services available upon request 

  3. Payment Methods
Most major credit cards are accepted (VISA/MASTER/AMEX/Discover), and PayPal Invoice, but we do NOT accept PayPal payment for the wholesale purchases.
- Credit Card: We will send you the credit card payment agreement form. Once you receive it, simply fill out the form and get back to us.
- Paypal: We will issue the Paypal invoice to you. 

  4. Minimum order amount
- Purse Handles and Purse Making Supplies:
There is a $300.00 minimum purchase amount, and there is no minimum order quantity. (Mix and Match)
- Fabrics: $500.00 minimum purchase amount (10yds per Bolts)
- Bag Kits: $500.00 
- Bag Patterns: $200.00
5. Wholesale Price
It will change every 3 months, but it won't change very much. Also, the new items release every 3 months.
6. Order Process
Simply, email the items you need to raymond@byhandsusa.com Once I receive it, I will send you the invoice for your confirmation.
